The company needed to create an application that would function as a lead generator, provide a report about the person's condition after answering a questionnaire about health systems evaluation (gut health, metabolism/fat loss, stress, sex hormones, and immunity), and allow users to complete biometric forms (body temperature, heart rate, and blood sugar levels). Biometric forms are used to measure and record a person's biometric data. This data can be used to diagnose potential disorders, monitor patients' overall health status, and investigate the effects of different treatments or medical conditions.

To capture leads, we created an exclusive and FREE application that is revolutionizing the way we approach health. This application provides clear and precise guidelines for addressing the biological challenges that may be affecting your wellness.

By providing an exhaustive and definitive analysis of the body's 16 physiological systems and highlighting the essential nutrients that will feed and energize your body for maximum benefit, the application is essential for your transformation.

Once the questionnaire is completed (260 questions divided into 5 sections), the application provides a report called 'Complete Symptom Synopsis' which highlights the most compromised areas of the different body systems and the level of attention required (high, medium, or low).

Finally, users can record their biometrics (body temperature, heart rate, and blood sugar levels) so that the functional medicine practitioner can use that information to create a diagnosis for the patient.
